CAN LASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY NATURAL EYELASHES?
Lash extensions applied properly should never be damaging to your natural lashes. At Lash + Ink Artistry, the health of your natural lashes is important. With proper technique, training, and aftercare, the integrity of your natural lashes is maintained.
MY EYES ARE SENSITIVE, WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION?
If you suspect you could have an allergy to the glue or gel pads, a patch test is available complimentary to book. A sensitive glue option may be offered.
I'VE NEVER HAD LASHES BEFORE. WHAT SET IS GOOD FOR ME?
If you have never had lashes before, I always recommend a classic set first. If the set is too light, you are always welcome to book for a hybrid or volume fill to achieve your desired look.
ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS I NEED TO FOLLOW TO CARE FOR MY LASHES?
Fills should be done every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness and avoid outgrown lash extensions. Avoid getting your lash extensions wet for 24 hrs after receiving your service. After 24 hrs it is highly recommended to wash your lashes daily to avoid buildup and infection on the lash line. Avoid any products containing oils, the oils could disrupt the bond and cause premature fallout. Mascara is not recommended to use while having lash extensions. Avoid picking or pulling at your lash extensions, this could cause damage to your natural lashes.
